tha gentlemen gary have sended me two TI paste to try, crox and white paste, in this two years my skill with dilucot is improved a lot and i always shave off coticule and strop with great result.....i can admit that a razor that is so good after strop HHT 4/5....after 10 passes on crox or white paste give a better glide that i have always searched (not a real keenness ).
i think that the paste polish the blade better that a coticule finish, but only 10 passes...

I new you would like it. the cronium oxide from ti is the best i have used, i always liked ti white paste also. These paste both work well after coticule. If you lack keeness after coticule, either paste will easily boost smoothness and keeness. making life easy whilst trying to master coticule.
If your edge seriously lacks sharpness of coticule, then i tink paste would struggle some what, so you oviously getting good edges of coti, if paste is working., with just 10 laps .
I have taken a good coti edge to the green paste from ti, and i have to say my face likes very much.
i would say i like the ti cronium slightly better than ti white paste , al thoug both are great .
glad it helped gary

It is nice stuff and works very well with coticule. You do get exallant results with the paste, i have had the odd razor that had a little bite , but after a shave or two that soon disapeared. the smoothness left by this paste is not crisp or harsh like diamond paste can be renowed for, thats why i like it.

If i have used coticule then paste. I can refresh with coticule. I pull my strop so tight, the door handle nearly comes of. this prevents any convexing, so after my coticule can be used there on. I touched an edge up once that was finished on a diamond pasted strop from bob keyes. he told me he did 20 laps on .5 dp followed by 20 laps on 0.25dp. all i can say is the edge was well harsh. Now i had to do 100 laps on my coticule, and the edge was well smooth and shaved sweet. I was surprised that the edge made contact with the stone , but it must have. another good way is to use crox on balsa hone, that way you can hit coticule there after , with no probs. This was a trick to get keenesss that was recomended by ralfy.

give the white ti rasoir pate a go, pop it on a cotton hanging strop, it goes on much easier and works well.
